We are happy to announce that we have developed our own video capture software which allows not only sales to record videos of vehicles to send to prospective customers, but also for members of the after sales team to record videos as part of the vehicle health check process.
The software is fully integrated into our iVHC application and can be used on any handheld device with video recording capability. These videos are available immediately to service advisors to send to customers to highlight any concerns.
The video capability compliments our already, very successful photograph functionality which is helping Dealers increase sales of both Red and Amber work by emphasising these concerns to customers using pictures.
